OUR SERVICES
Assessment
TASC conducts face-to-face assessment interviews with each individual referred for services. The assessment process may include family members, legal guardians, and/or significant who can assist the agency in better understanding the nature and extent of a potential client’s mental health and/or substance use problem.
Treatment Planning
TASC provides person-centered, individualized treatment planning based on each client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. This plan outlines the range of services needed as determined by the assessment and the client’s feedback.
Individual Counseling
TASC provides one-on-one, face-to-face counseling services that assist our clients in achieving treatment objectives through the explorations of mental health and/or substance use disorders and their ramifications.
Group Counseling
TASC provides group counseling services that explore the mental health and/or substance use problems and their ramifications, including examining attitudes and feelings, consideration of alternative solutions, and decision making.
Case Management
TASC provides case management services to assist and support clients in gaining access to needed treatment, medical, social, educational, and other services essential to meet basic human needs.
Crisis Intervention
TASC provides crisis intervention services to clients needing stabilization in crisis situations. We ensure that our clients always have direct access to appropriately licensed staff trained in CPR, First Aid, and de-escalation techniques to assist in crisis situations.
Breathalyzer
Breathalyzer testing is used to measure blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and is administered to clients as a way of assessing client needs and ensuring alcohol-free compliance during participation in our programs.
Referral
TASC provides referral services when additional services are deemed necessary to assist the client throughout his or her treatment process. TASC has developed working relationships with several credible service providers in Northwest Ohio to ensure that our clients receive the best services possible.
Transitional Integration
TASC provides transitional integration services once clients have secured safe housing within the community. We continue providing treatment at a level appropriate to their current needs, which assists our clients in addressing issues or concerns that may arise during their return to a community setting from a structured environment.
